All orders within Germany are shipping free.

For all orders within the EU and internationally, the following prices apply:

Shipping costs EU: 9.90 EUR

International shipping costs: 9.90 EUR

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt. You will then receive a notification via email.

The average delivery time is 3-8 business days. It may well happen that individual items have a longer delivery time due to various factors.

Please inform us within 14 days after receiving your order via email (info@herstories-shop.de) or through the contact form. Please include the following information in your message:

1. Order number
2. Full name and address
3. if applicable, reason for the return

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

After receiving your return, we will refund your invoice amount as soon as possible.
